I have used this app for years with glowing reviews. Each update makes me more and more frustrated. Now my recurring transactions are not showing up unless I manually enter them if I remember. Then that leaves my account a nightmare.

I had purchased a previous banking app that has a pig as icon. They have updated it and it is no longer user friendly. This app is doing everything I needed. Well done!!!!!!

Love the app. Would LOVE to see an updated interface. Feels a bit outdated. Any thought of adding theme options/colors for subscribers?

This app delete my entries arbitrarily. Uhh

Has very many options on the pro version for $.99. I played around with the free version for a little while and decided that I liked the way this was set up and purchase the pro and more options opened up. I will give it a try and update later.

I just started using this app and so far I like it. I particularly like the function of forecasting because I can see my reoccurring bills in advance. This allows for me to make better spending decisions. I actually paid for the pro. It would be nice for the date option if you could scroll the years instead of scrolling through the dates. The only other thing is if you attempt to edit a reoccurring bill it changes the date to the current date. Small issue but it still bothersome to me. Also, wish it could sync to other devices.

They just did a wonderful update! Yeah! Been using them 4 yrs now.

Originally “pro” version sold under a one time purchase price, now after an update I’m locked out behind an extortion screen demanding monthly payments.

Twice I have accidentally deleted my account. I Can’t get a close account not to show. Stupid app

I’ve been using it for a number of years and for the most part very happy with it. The only issue I have is, I would like it to work on my laptop as well and it does not. it downloads and opens the app just fine. When I click restore from Dropbox, it says it’s successful but nothing is showing up. I emailed the developers trying to verify if I was doing something wrong, but nobody bothered to respond to me.

Worst app ever. Already paid for the app and now forced to pay a prescription.

This register is perfect for me! Great! I absolutely love it!

But I wish that when I close the eye there was not a green arrow telling me my balance I wish I could get rid of that cause what is the point of closing the eye if I can still see my balance. But other than that I like the app.

At first the app was working well but it never saves what I add anymore and when there is a recurring charge it adds it to infinity so the balance is never correct.

I wish you could put a print feature on the app so I could print a ledger or a report out that would be nice

I was using a computer based program which was frustrating to not have with me as I travel often. I love having this on my phone so I know my financial status at any point in time.

I used to love this app! I hate that I have to scroll to find the transaction source and when you add something new for that transaction it just doesn’t automatically add it, you still have to scroll to find it. I also have to put who the transaction was from twice once in the section you’re supposed to and also in notes so I can see who it is as I’m balancing my checkbook. On the last update, I lost ALL my data and it wouldn’t back up from a download. I contacted the developer with no response. Then contacted them about my passcode not working. I can’t take it off either without entering a passcode. Now I can’t even get into the app at all with my Face ID or passcode, it’s stick on passcode and it’s locked me out. Grr. I’ll try again to contact the developer. I feel like having paid for the app I would get better service but nothing! It’s been great like I said before and now it’s not user friendly at all and more time consuming and I can’t access my checkbook. HELP!!!

I love the fact that I have all of my accounts in one place! I'm even more excited that I don’t have to use a calculator. Organizations is my goal and this app helps me to maintain that goal!

I’ve been using this app for the past several years and today they want to start charging 9.99 per YEAR! I can see a one time fee, but 10 bucks per year to strictly use as a register is nuts! I will be finding another with a one time fee.

I like this app very much but there is nowhere to enter in our life insurance premium so only 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that gret way to keep track of what you spend for sure ! Doesn’t seem to sync with iPad/iphone?

Aaaaaah! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I’m so confused. Now it seems like my Payees need to be my Category in order to see useful information at a glance. I use this mostly as a checkbook ledger - all the Reports are not necessary to me. Since using the app for a while since the last update….don’t appreciate the 3-5 second delay EVERYTIME I open the app (waiting for “Please don’t exist the app during check” to disappear. Also want to see both the CATEGORY and PAYEE on the ledger screen (as before). Again, if it’s not broke, don’t “fix” it.

Very complicated and can’t print out instructions so cannot use it.

I like the app however with the recent update it gives you a banner with your monthly balance on each account. It’s not correct though. Spent too much time trying to figure why the balances are off. Update: been using it forever but now they want to charge $9.99 a year to use. That’s insane. How about a $9.99 one time fee!

Loved the old version. This one not so much.

Overall it works pretty well though the categories are limited. E.g. I have multiple forms of income but income is not a category. I could live with that but the inability to see both the bank’s balance and my future balance after any float clears is inconvenient. So I write a few check s which have not cashed and I have to pull out a calculator every day to reconcile to my bank’s daily balance update. Across multiple accounts that is a hassle. The app “checkbook” does that well but works only on Android.

Used to love this app. In the last 6 months I have transactions that will disappear, which cause issues with my actual account. I have reached out to support on several occasions over the past months with no response. Have paid for the full version app. App is not reliable since transactions are removed after entry.

I’ve used this application for over a year and I would highly recommend it. It is by far the easiest checkbook application I have ever used.

Every update is a Downgrade.. Making it more and more childishly looking.. This new update adds “Give me more money” even though WE PAID for the Pro version ALREADY, now they want subscription Fees for what we Already Paid for Starting to look around for another finance app Again.. waste of money already spent.. DONT Ever UPDATE

“Please don’t exist ….” Is a bit scary but otherwise the free app meets my needs.

Terrible since the update. It’s not user friendly.

I paid for the unlimited lifetime ad-free “pro” version in 2020. Now my data is being held hostage unless I subscribe and pay a monthly fee! We had a contract for my unlimited use, but the developers have now gone back on that. Do not buy, even if you’re okay with the monthly fee to use, because who knows what greedy demands they’ll make later and lock you out if using the app you’re already paying/paid for.

I do not like the fact the developer appears to be limiting functionality and now requiring a subscription to get those same features back. I should not have to pay again for something that was part of my original purchase.

Don’t like the new design at all!!

I started with the free demo version and later wanted to be able to export my data and print it out. The $0.99 upgrade to Pro provided what I needed.

I paid for the app. Then they decided to up and change it to a subscription service after I’ve been using it. Dirty tactic. I’VE ALREADY PAID FOR THE RIGHT TO USE THE APP!!!

Where in the ___are the instructions??It’s not working. Added an account but it does not save it. Just keeps telling me to add an account

I brought and paid for this app (1 time purchase fee ) years ago when it when unlimited transactions. Now the added some features and stop previously paid on full buyers ( me) from adding new transactions unless I pay a new subscription fee charge continuously. Ummm no And Im filing a claim for my money back and damages. I do not recommend this app for any one

Had this app for a long time but deleting it until problems and esthetics are fixed. The problem I have is with the new update 2023. They removed the uncleared balance. I need to see that. Not all payments post immediately. I have messaged the app about it an never received any response. Plus they have not fixed the math glitch. Sometimes the app adds or subtracts amounts randomly and I have to fix it. Plus it adds multiple recurring amounts. This had been going on since the beginning and had not been fixed after informing the app of the issue. Plus I hate the large chart at the top of the account. I have limited screen space and it takes up a third. I have to remove it every time and it's really annoying.

I liked original app better.

I can’t add any transactions to my app. That stupid add comes up every time I try to add a transaction and will not close out

This last update really screwed up this app for me it’s literally my most used app on my phone and should be simple to use but now I have to scroll for everything why can’t the home page just show my accounts like before
